Fox Rodney is pleased to release its latest report highlighting gender diversity trends in London partner moves in 2018.

Key findings include:

  • Women made up 27% of all partner moves in London
  • The highest percentage of female partner moves was seen in Employment, IP and Banking & Finance
  • The lowest percentage of female partner moves was seen in Private Equity; Energy, Infrastructure & Projects and Corporate
  • Almost 50% of partners moving to Legal Business Top 10 firms were female, compared with almost 30% in 2017
